摘 要:
This study focuses on the content of Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) and their congeners in various foods. We will estimate dietary intake and risk assessment, also understand the nutrient accumulation of hydroxylated (OH-) and methoxylated (MeO-) PBDEs in marine food web. The results showed that the concentrations of OH-PBDEs, MeO-PBDEs, and PBDEs are varied widely in various foods and organisms. The percentage of PBDEs congeners BDE-47, BDE-99, BDE-100, and BDE-209 are higher in foods, which are mainly found in fish oil and fish samples. The OH-PBDEs in marine organisms will be diluted along the food web. MeO-PBDEs showed the highest concentration among the tertiary consumers. Calculations based on hazard quotient (HQ) and cancer risk (CR) (BDE-209) values, the HQ results are all well below 1, and CR results are all well below 10-6 , indicated that a very low deleterious risk is associated to diet exposure for adults, but there is a higher risk if large quantities of seafood are consumed.
