Diabetes is a chronic disease, which causes by high blood sugar or uneffectiveusing or producing insulin. WHO estimated that diabetes was seventh cause of death in the world, and it could lead major complications, such as blindness, kidney failure, heart attacks and so on. α-Glucosidase, carbahydrate-hydrolyzing enzyne, is the enzyme of the last step in sugar digestion, which is a petential functional food for delaying the absoption blood sugar.Seaweed has several bioactivity, such as anti-tumor, anti-oxidant and antidiabetes (Soares et al., 2012). The brown seaweed has the best antioxidant in the brown, red and green seaweed, and which contains inhibitory to α-glucosidase and the HPLC-HRMS-SPE-NMR assay showed that was including several long chain saturate and unsaturate fatty acid, including oleic acid, linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic. And the fucoidan, extracted from Turbinaria conoides, had inhibitory to α-amylase and α-glucosidase. The interactions between molecular, such as hydrogen bond, hydrophobic, binding length, binding energy et al, to analyzed the pharmacological. Through the above, we could confirm that fucoidan was potential to the future development of type 2 diabetes
