在這個時代,因應消費市場需求變化、氣候變遷、農業生產現場之難題,還有全球循環農業之浪潮,食品業和食品科學將會面對不同以往的消費者訴求,以及越來越多副產物原料。同時,隨著環境變化、研究數據的累積,對於食品安全的規範也將越來越嚴格。綜合上述種種,開發適合產官學界使用之檢測方法將會日益重要。為此,我的研究領域將囊括以下幾個面向:
- 飼料原料與動物性產品中黴菌毒素的檢測 (生物放大)
- 動物性產品、農畜水產副產物中特定物質或是有害物質之檢測方法開發
- 伴侶動物機能性鮮食產品之安全性檢測方法開發
In this era, the food industry and food science are facing unprecedented challenges due to shifts in consumer demand, climate change, difficulties in agricultural production, and the global trend toward circular agriculture. Consumers now have evolving expectations, and there is an increasing availability of by-product raw materials. At the same time, stricter food safety regulations are emerging due to environmental changes and the accumulation of research data. In light of these developments, developing detection methods suitable for use in academia, industry, and government will become increasingly critical.
To address these needs, my research will focus on the following areas:
- Detection of Mycotoxins in Feed Ingredients and Animal-Based Products (Biomagnification)
- Development of Detection Methods for Specific Substances or Harmful Compounds in Animal-Based Products and Agricultural, Livestock, and Aquatic By-Products
- Development of Safety Detection Methods for Functional Fresh Foods for Companion Animals
