教學目標
Objective

本課程將協助學生建立生物精煉之概念，並掌握其應用核心，期望學生能具備分析案例與設計小型生物精煉流程之能力，以拓展未來工作所需的研發基礎
Students will understand the principle of biorefinery and recognize the core of biomanufacturing. They will be able to analyze individual cases and design a lab-scale biorefinery process at the end of the course.
