A dedicated and detailed research fellow with 8 years of experience in high hydrostatic pressure technology and protein hydrolysate produced by enzyme hydrolysis and purification of bioactive peptide. Extensively published in food and biochemistry science journals, with related expertise in high hydrostatic pressure-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis theory.

- Fish (seabass), alga, and cartilage byproducts extraction and application.
- Cell wall disruption of alga by HHP combining with atmospheric pressure plasma.
- High hydrostatic pressure (HHP)-assisted protease hydrolysis.
