摘 要: Atopic dermatitis is an immune skin disease that often occurs in young children asyoung as one year old and in people with congenital genetic defects, and some studies have found that probiotic improvement of the intestinal flora can achieve symptom relief.Probiotics
fed to mice were found to significantly reduce their symptoms. Appropriate doses of probiotics provided significant improvement in clinical symptoms and skin repair of atopic dermatitis in a mouse model. The probiotics increased the percentage of good bacteria in the intestinal tract, thereby reducing the skin infiltration of mast cells and eosinophils. It also reduced the production of Th2 and its cytokines and increased the cytokines of Th1 to balance the immune system. Therefore, taking appropriate amounts of probiotics can be a way to improve atopic dermatitis.
