免疫營養學特論

教學目標

使學生明瞭營養與免疫的交互作用、以及免疫營養療法應用於疾病治療之現 況。引導學生探討營養素、益生菌及機能性成分影響人體免疫的調控機制。
This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between nutrition and immunity, as well as the current landscape of immune nutrition therapy in disease treatment. Students will be guided to investigate the regulatory mechanisms through which nutrients, probiotics, and functional ingredients influence the human immune system.

課程概要

本課程聚焦於闡明營養素在維持免疫系統和促進健康之重要性。課程首先概述 免疫系統,進一步討論特定營養素,包括多醣、脂肪酸、胺基酸、抗氧化 劑、維生素、礦物質和益生菌,在調節免疫反應的作用。
This course focuses on the importance of nutrients in maintaining the immune system and promoting health. It begins with an overview of the immune system and further discusses the role of specific nutrients, including polysaccharides, fatty acids, amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics, in regulating immune responses.
