摘 要:
The purpose of the study is to investigate the exposure assessment of organophosphorus pesticides in occupational and resident environment, and to evaluate the potential effect of human. Study collected the indoor dust to detect the concentration of pesticides in the air, also
collected the urine and blood of pesticide occupational exposure and the urban and rural residents to detect the concentration of the pesticides and metabolites. In addition, study detected the biomarkers affecting the nerve and endocrine systems. The results showed that occupational exposure cause both chlorpyrifos (CPF) metabolite, 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol (TCPY) and diazinon metabolite, 2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-hydroxypyrimidine (IMPY) concentration increased, which also affect the balance between the nerve and the endocrine system. In this study, the HQ value is over than 1, indicated that the risk is unacceptable. Occupational human who exposure to pesticide may cause higher risk than general public. Furthermore, we need to focus on the risk of the pesticide by food intake to evaluate the damage of pesticide exposure more completely.
