摘 要: In burn care, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are the common bacteriaand proliferate rapidly after infection. A suitable and effective dressing material with antibiotics can not only overcome this shortcoming but reduce the occurrence of antibiotic resistance of bacteria by controlling the local concentration of antibiotics. During the past decade, many efforts have been devoted towards fabricating gelatinbased microspheres for delivery of cell growth factors and genes to induce tissue regeneration, either in localized or targeted manners. The report study that the blending
of carboxymethyl chitosan and gelatin to prepare hydrogel microspheres, and the development of oral preparations using anhydrous emulsion cross-linking method. The CMCS content of the blend affects the matrix expansion and control release of 5-FU. The gel dressing with 30 mg/mL microspheres showed more suitable stabilities and mechanical properties for wound healing. Also, in vitro drug release results showed that the loaded drug could be sustained release from the composite gel dressing. Change the ratio of materials for coating drug gelatin microspheres to make the microspheres more suitable for wound dressings. The antibacterial hydrogel embedded with gelatin microspheres can control the release of drugs and have antibacterial effects, which will have a huge potential therapeutic effect on bacterial infections.
