摘 要:
In recent years, the incidence rates of hypertension and type 2 diabetes (T2D) have increased markedly. Diabetes is caused by lack of insulin action and is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and other corresponding clinical manifestations , while hypertension refers to the elevation of systemic arterial blood pressure associated with multiple organ damage. These two pathologies are associated closely with each other and share overlapping risk factors . This research, we used silver carp and blue whiting muscle protein hydrolysate to purification and identification of the inhibitory ability of DPP-IV , KAVGEPPLF in silver carp muscle protein hydrolyzate showed good inhibitory effect on DPP-IV , and its IC50 value was 1,317.39± 20.93 μM . Blue whiting muscle protein hydrolyzate has been confirmed to have hypoglycemic activity in vitro and in vivo animal studies..The results show that fish muscle protein has anti-diabetic active peptides and has potential for functional food or development of oral DPP-IV inhibitor drugs .
